The 20L Hanging FM200 Firefighting System is primarily composed of two parts: extinguishing devices and electrical accessories.

These include the cabinet for storing the extinguishing device, the cylinder for filling and storing FM200, the flexible hose, the solenoid actuator, and related components.

These are used to detect and monitor the entire protected area, control the whole system, warn occupants to evacuate, and prevent fire expansion. Together, these integrated parts efficiently detect, supervise, alarm, and extinguish fires automatically.

Products are typically packed first with polyfoam and then placed in wooden cases. In some cases, palletizing is used for further protection during transport.

When a fire occurs in the protected zone, a smoke detector detects the smoke and sends a signal to the control panel. Upon receiving the signal, the control panel activates the alarm bell to inform occupants to evacuate quickly if the zone is an office, or to alert users that the protected zone has a fire and requires inspection and refill. After the control panel receives signals from both smoke and heat detectors, it activates the fire extinguishing system, and the fire agent sprays out within 8 seconds.

When a fire occurs, the temperature gradually rises. As the temperature reaches the specific threshold of the temperature sensor, the glass bulb is ruptured by the high temperature, and the fire agent is released to extinguish the fire within 8 seconds. Note: It is recommended that one protected zone should not have two or more temperature-based fire extinguishers, as temperature differences may affect extinguishing efficiency.
